Oral Syringes
An oral syringe is a plunger-and-barrel device for measuring and delivering liquid through an oral dispensing tip, without a hypodermic needle.

Product & engineering
Understand the product.
An oral syringe is used to dispense liquid medicine into the mouth. It’s made up of three main parts: a straw like stopper, the barrel or body and the plunger; some oral syringes also have a cap that fits on the tip of the barrel. An oral syringe has measurement markings on its barrel. It looks almost identical to a hypodermic syringe used to inject medicine under the skin, but uses no needle. Instead, oral syringes have an opening that allows liquid medications to be dispensed into the mouth.
The dispensing connection is part of the device's intended route. Barrel capacity and graduations define a measuring format, while the complete device's suitability depends on its product specification. An oral dispenser should not be described as an intravenous injection syringe.
What turns activity into demand
Liquid-dispensing workflows and route-specific compatibility drive consumable purchases; medicine sales are not a direct measure of oral-syringe revenue.
The commercial boundary
The consumable is distinct from the liquid medicine, a feeding pump and injectable syringe products.
Why is the tip interface more than a cosmetic detail?
It identifies the intended connection and delivery route. Similar barrel shapes do not make oral and injectable devices equivalent.
