Questions & answers

Which edition should I choose?

Compare the full title, contents, geography, data period and measures against your question. Request a sample of the selected edition if you need to assess the detail.

How is an edition different from a license?

The edition defines the research content. The license defines who can use that content.

Can I request a sample?

Select the report and describe the definitions, tables or company detail you want to assess. A sample is not the complete licensed report.

Who can use each license?

Single User covers one named user. Multi User covers up to five users in the same department. Enterprise covers organization-wide access within the agreed scope.

Can I publish or distribute the report externally?

Describe the material, audience and intended use when asking for permission. Internal access does not grant unrestricted external distribution.

Which payment methods are available?

Use the available credit or debit card, PayPal or bank-transfer option. A purchase-order arrangement requires prior approval.

Can I request a quotation or invoice?

Include the report title or ID, selected edition, license, billing organization and procurement requirements.

When will I receive the PDF?

Standard reports are emailed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Custom requirements have a separately agreed delivery time.

Which format will I receive?

PDF is the standard report format. Additional files must be specified for the selected report or agreed project scope.

What if the PDF email has not arrived?

Check the receiving address and spam folder. If the standard delivery window has passed, contact us with the order reference and report title.

Can I obtain an older purchased PDF?

Keep the emailed PDF. When an online file is available, download the purchased edition from My reports. For an older or unavailable file, ask us to check it and request a resend.

Does the purchase include later editions?

Your purchase applies to the selected edition. Later editions are separate purchases.

Do I need a complete brief?

Begin with the decision or information gap. Scope, evidence, timing, fee and deliverables are agreed for the individual project.

What if the required evidence is unavailable?

Discuss how the gap affects the question. The scope or approach may need to change; missing evidence remains explicit.
