Separate melt-processable pellets from reactive polyols and coating resins before comparing viscosity. For pellets, drying and intrinsic viscosity affect processing. For reactive resins, functionality and equivalent balance determine network formation. Equal mass does not mean equal reactive equivalents or the same finished properties.

What turns activity into demand

Molding and extrusion consume pellets; reactive coatings and polyurethane systems consume resins according to solids and functional equivalents.
