Slurry tanker is a high capacity agricultural transport and application implement engineered to load, carry, meter, and field apply liquid manure, digestate, and other pumpable organic slurries within modern nutrient management systems. The machine is built around a sealed tank mounted on single axle, tandem, tridem, or larger running gear and is typically manufactured in galvanized high tensile steel, although polyester or plastic tank constructions are also used by some manufacturers. Depending on operating duty, slurry consistency, and discharge method, the tanker may be equipped with vacuum, centrifugal, lobe, spiral, ejector, or combined pumping systems to support rapid filling, reliable transfer, and controlled spreading.
