CSP NFV Management and Orchestration (MANO) is a rising technological trend worldwide, as more and more CSPs realized how convenient and beneficial it is. CSP NFV MANO comprises functionalities that help CSPs to create and manage virtual network, virtual infrastructures and virtual network services. Communication service provider (CSP) is the broad title for a variety of service providers in broadcast and two-way communications services. By definition, Network functions virtualization (NFV) is an initiative to virtualize network services traditionally run on proprietary, dedicated hardware. NFV functions like routing, load balancing and firewalls are packaged as virtual machines (VMs) on commodity hardware. Orchestration is most akin to managing a large-scale virtual environment or network. Orchestrating the scheduling and integration of automated tasks between complex distributed systems and services—whether on premise or in the cloud—streamlines and simplifies interconnected workloads, repeatable processes, and operations.
