Outsourced Sales Service Market to Reach $42.2B by 2031; Remote & Lifecycle Motions Lead Growth
09 October 2025

New York, Oct. 9, 2025 — APO Research today released its Outsourced Sales Service Industry Research Report 2025. The study sizes the OSS market at US$23.0 billion in 2024 and projects US$42.2 billion by 2031, an implied 9.5% CAGR (2025–2031) in constant 2024 USD. Mix continues to rotate from field-centric, first-touch selling toward governed remote and lifecycle monetization. Inside Sales—Remote and Renewals & Expansion are the structural share gainers, while SDR/BDR remains the largest motion but dilutes modestly as attribution-clean remote closing scales.
North America remains the anchor sell-to region, rising toward ~45% share by 2031 as enterprises normalize straight-through CPQ → e-signature → entitlement → billing. Europe grows in dollars but yields mix to faster regions; Asia Pacific edges up on domestic SaaS, fintech and marketplace adoption; South America and MEA add operations-heavy growth as cloud, payments and data-governance rails mature.
The report measures provider net service revenue on an IFRS/GAAP basis, excludes pass-through media/rebates/reseller flows, and assigns geography on a sell-to basis to the invoicing country. Findings are built from a top-down reconciliation of public and private financials and a bottom-up reconstruction of programs by motion, objective, language tier, delivery blend and utilization.
“Governed productivity, not raw activity, is now the competitive boundary,” said APO Research. “Vendors that convert lawful contactability, precedence-based attribution and first-pass CPQ/entitlement into system properties compound without adding field cost.”
